FLASTAY has come a long way since its 1990 birth in Orlando, Florida, when it was one of the first property management companies to be on the Internet. The company grew quickly during its early years, constantly improving on customer service, and earning a strong reputation for dependability and quality.

That reputation proved invaluable when FLASTAY introduced the first vacation rental homes with heated spas. The company raised the industry's eyebrows by offering fresh water and chemical treatments between tenants. FLASTAY's reputation encouraged customers to inquire about the health and safety of rental properties, and widespread industry skepticism quickly gave way to a host of imitators.
