"Rochelle" home is an incredible 3000 square foot, 4 bedroom,
3 bathroom home with 18 foot high ceilings in the common areas, huge
family room, dining room, living room (all ceramic floors with oriental
rugs throughout), a 35 foot long master suite with a private Jacuzzi
with tall pillars on each side, and a great furniture package
throughout. This home has an intercom system, central vacuum, two 32
inch TV's and a 27inch TV, along with 3 vcr's and a stereo CD/tape
player. Attached to this home is a 1000 square foot screened in area
with a huge heated pool, along with a 7 horsepower, 39 jet spa. (most
home spas have 2 horsepower and 6 jets). We have a Weber charcoal grill
in the patio area. This has all the bells and whistles, for someone who
is looking for top quality. |
